Role Overview
As Finberry’s Product Manager / CTO, you will play a central role in defining and delivering our technology roadmap. You’ll lead a talented team responsible for building and refining Finberry’s robust, client-centric platform. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic insight, ensuring that Finberry remains at the cutting edge of fintech while meeting the needs of our clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Technology Strategy: Define and execute Finberry’s technology vision, aligning with business objectives and growth goals.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, testing, and release.
- Innovation & Scalability: Lead efforts to enhance and scale Finberry’s platform, including wealth aggregation, advanced analytics, and personalized client tools.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering and product team. Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and accountability.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Work closely with advisors, portfolio managers, and end-users to deeply understand their needs, using these insights to refine and expand Finberry’s offerings.
- Cutting-Edge Technology Adoption: Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, blockchain, and cybersecurity, identifying opportunities to enhance platform performance and security.
- Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Compliance, to ensure seamless product rollouts and a cohesive client experience.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all platform features comply with relevant financial regulations and data protection standards, enhancing security and transparency.
Key Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: 8+ years of experience in product management and/or technology leadership, ideally within fintech, wealth management, or a high-growth tech startup.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud computing, APIs, and integration, with hands-on experience in building scalable, secure platforms.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business needs and user feedback into clear technical requirements and a product roadmap that drives growth and engagement.
- User-Centric Development: Passion for building intuitive, user-focused products, with a track record of developing tools that meet the evolving needs of clients in the financial sector.
